Erling Haaland scored his first game in the Manchester City jersey after his new team beat Bayern Munich 1-0 in a game
that was cut to 40 minutes for each half because of numerous lightning delays in Green Bay's Lambeau Field.
It took Haaland only 12 minutes to leave his impression on City following his record-breaking move to Borussia
Dortmund in the summer of this year. It was also an iconic poacher's goal in which the Norwegian striker slammed
the club he played for in his youth Bundesliga rivals with an inviting low cross in front of goal Jack Grealish.
Following scoring, the game was already having a delay of 15 minutes in the kick-off, which began another delay of nearly
an hour while more lightning and inclement weather covered the historical NFL stadium and a sold-out audience of more than 78,000.
Both teams had flights to catch prior to the whistle that blew and the game being cut to 40 minutes for each half and only 5 minutes of half-time.
